Misc -> Factory Crates. Depending on server between 10,000 to 30,000 crates listed

Yep, trying to find a needle in a haystack on anything that is in crates. It's almost as bad as trying to find a resource

Here is what I have done to try and help my customers find me.

I make 1 item by hand and will name it something like this:

** Laser Knife 6k/per crates - Fully stocked **

Then I set the price real high so no one will buy the one - but at least see them in the right category.

This helps put the item in the right category - lets my customer know I have crates and I dont even worry about that entire crate category. Its a joke anyway - SOE really did a bad thing with that category.

But at least it gets one of yourcrated items into the right category.

Another good way is to set up a spare vendor and flood your category with tons of useless crap. Make sure it's at normal prices though so people actually waste their time looking at it. If you sell melee weapons, then create a bunch of combat knives named "Dev's Awesome Mind Blade of Reconing +14.997 LEET" or something. Flood your category with useless crap and your competition's sales will hurt.

Then spam in Coronet something like "Tired of searching through 148385 pages of useless crap on the stupid vendor listings? Just come to (insert shop name and location here) to find a well-stocked (insert type of vendor here) vendorand bypass SOE's crappy vendor listing."

Then watch as customers fed up with wasting their time looking through (mostly your) crap on the bazaar come to your shop to find relief from the bazaar tedium...

That's a great idea Freud! Most of my inventory is in factory crates. Everything from food to powerups and even torches and backpacks, all crated. This new system will require some new sales tactics.
