I have been running three vendors now for about 2 or 3 months. But i have a few questions

I have so many resources in stacks that i dont have enough space in my house, its full too. I have been using the vendors stockroom, but i dont trust it Will my items dissappear out of there?

My vendor conditon is at 0% and it says xxxxxxx to repair, but i have over 200k in maintence in it. What is wrong with it?
