Greetings All !

I currently have a 50k access fee on my house as "discouragement" from having complete strangers shop on my vendor. Twice now, however, strangers have apparently accessed my vendor and have bought several items.

In neither case did I ever receive an email message telling me that I was receiving payment for the access fee... nor could I tell whether or not I'd been paid this by just looking at my bank account.

Can anybody verify for me whether or not we DO get paid this access fee ?

I believe the access fee goes to the maint on the house not to your bank.

and they will not get in your house unless they pay the fee.

The fee goes into the bank account of the owner of the house. If you are not the owner you won't get the money the owner will get both the money and the merchant xp for the visit.

There is no notification of any kind when someone enters a house and pays the fee. They can only bypass paying the fee if they are on the Entry list. (Admins are automatically on the entry list)

Well, I'm the Admin and the owner of the house in question.... so I guess I must be gettin' paid !!

you sure are, I forgot once and had a 6k access fee on my hospital and when I came back from the weekend, I found about 500k extra in my account from access fees, it was funny, of course told the guildies and donated it to the city, hehe.
