I recently had a buggish issue. I had a friend who was letting me put vendors in his house to sell things on another planet. Well he without remembering I had them there, deleted the character to make a new one, and took the house with him. I tried to create new vendors and it said I was maxxed out. Any advise?

This is a known issue. Put in a CSR ticket and they will reset your vendor count. When the vendors get removed while you aren't around your vendor count gets out of sync with reality.
