Its one of the hot items that Doc has presented to the Devs.
Its the fact that the variable %TT does not work in customizable messages vendors can use. We hope to have that fixed in the big vendor patch.

i tried the %NT that didnt work so i was thinking it wasnt able to be done right now. thanks for the info, i can just go with my message now and not worry about getting it personalized.

ok i tried searching the forum for this but no luck. how do i set up the custom message on my vendors but still make the vendor personalize it to the persons name who uses the vendor??
the vendor says the persons name when you use the generic message but not when i make a custom message. anyone know how this works and can help me? thx
