Does it take a server reset to see your vendor on the planet map after registering it? Mine's still not showing.

I seem to recall that mine did not appear straight away, I think you have to allow a few hours at least for the map to show your vendor(s).

hmmm i read that you have to wait for a sever reboot be the vendors will show up.

Its actually a bug in the game that has been documented and submited for repair by Doc.

Your vendor will not show up in the planetary map until the contents of your residence loads. This reuires someone actually walking into your house. Kind-of-a Catch 22 really. Who really wants to walk into a random house that is not advertised with a vendor?

Does this mean someone other than the house owner or anyone on admin? Both my partner, who has admin rights, and myself have been in the house and it still doesn't show.

Hmm.. Thats odd. I couldnt tell you why. I was refering to anyone that happens to walk into your house, not just admins or owners.

I've never had a delay in the listing showing up. I have had issues finding it in the mess of lisings that are on the map (most of them empty no doubt) but it always shows up immediately when I set it.

It is true that after a server reset they all go away and get re-registered as they come back into the world.
