Thread: We need better Vendor customizations!!!

I was hoping that after reaching Master Merchant, I could finally customize the looks of my vendors. I was wrong... we can only give them new clothes and nothing more.
Look, I can live with the fact that my female vendors are flat chested, or that my vendors are fat, or that my zabraks have ugly tattoo designs and colors... but I can't stop "grossing myself out" whenever I generate a vendor that has a wrinkled face! (No offence to old people, but hey what can I say, you're just not "sexy")
It's anoying to generate 10 vendors just so I can get a nice vendor that doesn't have wrinkles.
Reality-wise, if you're a Master Merchant, hence you know everything about business, commerce, etc... the "Creator a Vendor" option is kind of like if you are a boss of a company, and you get people at your door demanding a job. Those people can be anyone, and like a good "sexist" boss (lol) you'll pick out good looking ones. Hehe... not a good way to think, but this is my business, I do what I want... I mean, AT LEAST allow Image Designers to ID vendors... that would help soooooooooo much!!!
Please! What do you all think? SOE should be aware of this.

To a certain degree, I agree with KirmorOrion. I am somewhat selective about the NPC vendors I choose to advertise my wares in the Royal Corellian Trading Company. With the new Image Designer color pallettes for skin, hair, and cosmetics, I cannot seem to get the unremarkable average merchantile vendor, but rather a dark olive skinned, pink haired, golden eyed, purple lipsticked trollop that only Captain Kirk would love. I would not mind having the ability to do minor changes to my Vendors Image throughthe use of the Hiring Skill Tree, or hiring a qualified Image Designer to touch up my vendors much like I would touch up myself.
If we were to allow Image Designers to customize our vendors like a Droid Engineer would customize my Droid, I think Image Designers would have one more reason to keep a very select and rarely used profession, as well as make Merchant's everywhere very happy.

We've asked to have Image Designers be able to ID our Vendors. The Image Designers have asked to be able to ID our vendors. The Devs have said..... yes..(kinda) but not until after JTL. Basically they can't completely customize the vendor because the vendors aren't PC's with full character data stored. But they should be able to help change the appearance by selecting from a list of types or something like that.
