Thread: Best way to -dare I say- Grind Merchant

Yes, I'm looking for the best way to grind the Merchant tree. I've read the sticky up top-awesome-, but would like to hear your ideas as well. Also, do you get XP for selling things? Thansk for the knowledge.

Put something worthwhile for saleon your vendor and then advertise it in the forums
It's not rocket surgery

The way I did it was to get a merchant placed, run off some backpacks, collect up some unsliced looted weapons (crap ones) and loaded up the vendor. Work up the track that gives the extra vendors. Soon as you can drop a new vendor do so. This will help the exp come in faster.
I also begged, pleaded, and bribed my guildies to run in & refresh each vendor whenever they were nearby whether I was online or not.
And to help the time pass... grind another elite crafter prof while Merchant is simmering on the back burner.
