Hi everyone,

Here is a new auction type would like to see in SWG.
It does exist elsewhere, and work well for it's purpose.

It's called FCFS, First Come First Served.

It's kinda a combo of the current auction and an instant sale.

Here is how it works :
When you put something for sell, you put an initial price, a final price, a decrement amount and time.

The auction start with the initial price.
Every decrement time, if the item is not purchased, the price is decreased by the decrement amount.
Until someone buy it, or it reach the minimum price.

If someone buy the item, he doesn't have to wait, he automaticaly win the auction.

This auction type is very usefull when you want to get rid of old production because now that you have better resource or skills you can make better items.

This new auction type could be granted at Novice merchant for exemple

This was for vendor too.

In fact, this was mainly for vendor.
I don't think it'll be very usefull on the bazaar.

I also do make alot of fast money on the bazaar.
However, the limitations of the bazaar doesn't make it usable for alot of items.

This new auction system is nice because it increase your chance to sell your stuff but also require the potential buyer to think.

Do I buy now, at the current price and be sure to have the item, or wait for the price to lower at the risk that someone else buy it?

I have made as much selling items on the bazaar as I have selling only vendors. The right products can make huge profit there. and where would be better to sell your outdated wares then on the bazaar.
