Well I had some items stored on a vendor since last night since I was moving my shop. I retrieved about 100 items and put them up on the new vendor with no problems. With the last 55 items, I withdrew the sales then attempted to retrieve from stockroom and they just up and disapeared.

I am unable to enter a CSR Ticket in-game, my knowledge base search hangs up and doesn't complete.

I talked to CSR-PaulM in live chat - he says, and I quote -

"CSR-PaulM: Mikhail24 - Unfortunately, items have been disappearing lately. They usually return within 24 hours. If they do not return, you will have to submit a CS Ticket (or contact swgsupport)"

So, we'll see if they return or not. If not, It'll take a while to get all my resources and stock back :/.

Can you keep us updated on this? I am curious to know if the items come back...I think they do, but wanted to get some varification.

Did you try to retrieve them all at once when your inventory was full? Happened to me, and they never reimbursed me.

Update -

The items returned after about 2 hours into the vendor's Stockroom. I fully logged out of the game for about an hour, checked, and nothing. Logged out another hour and the items had appeared.

And yes...I had room in my inventory for the full amount of items I was retrieving.

i just had about 2000 items poof from my vendors wth

submitted a csr ticket we'll see

Well I was just changing vendor looks and didn't bother to look at all the items. So needless to say I don't have the vendor for them to return too.
