I had three items offered on my vendor.
I retrieved the first one... and the other two poofed. So I checked through another vendor, and they were there, but if I check on the same vendor again they appear one second and disappear (yes, this is with the 'all vendors' box checked).
I retrieved the other item from the other vendor, and the same thing happened on the third item.
Is this new? It's not a big bug as the stuff doesn't disappear but it makes it hard sometimes to retrieve several items that are at the same place.

I have the same thing... it's annoying. Items don't poof if you're rejecting them or simply looking at their details, it only seems to be accepting the offer that makes them go poof.
Occasionally, exiting that vendor's interface, opening another vendor, and then going back will bring the items back. Occasionally not, though -- so sometimes I can only accept offers on six items, one per vendor! Annoying, but fortunately this is a tiny portion of my business so not fatal for me.
I'd not seen anything on this forum about this bug, so assumed it was me somehow rather than the game... pleased to see that someone else is reporting this!

How about the annoying bug when you put an item up for sale but it doesn't disapear from your inventory until you relog or equip/unequip a piece of clothing 
Makes selling many items a real pain. Happens about 30% of the time to me for some reason.

This one happens to me all the time when the vendor is new, it gets fixed after the server reset though.
And I have a few one-star friends, it's ok I'm used to it!

I've also seen this when you have a filtering criteria selected (such as Resources or Misc) and something causes the vendor display to refresh. The "All" filter seems to apply at first and then a moment later the selected filter kicks in. The result is it looks like your stuff is there for a split-second and then dissappears.
Be sure you don't have the display filtered.

Yeah, I always use 'all' and 'all vendors' when I use the offer window.
