Ok...assuming that i made the item and it is my vendor and my vendor tent...how long can i keep the same item in that vendor?...and Does anything in the store room vanish after 30 days? What happens if i rotate it into my personal items and then back into the vendor....i am having too much stuff vanish with the saying...you failed to pick up your auction in time....which means i have forfieted that item....something wrong with that.

After 30 days, the item drops into the stockroom, and you have seven days to relist it, or retrieve it. If you don't, it goes poof.

There's also a bug right now where random items will mysteriously be destroyed without going to the stockroom. You'll still get the 'item has expired because you didn't pick it up in time' message though. There's nothing you can do about this except to not put stuff on the vendor. But usually, you'll have 7 days after the sale term ends. Until they address this bug, you never know what you'll lose from the vendor though. I've lost a few hundred thousand credits worth of stuff recently, even though I empty all my stockrooms every 1-2 days.

The bug is rather sporadic though -- I spent four hours last night doing a full inventory consolidation (was on my todo anyhow for my delayed month end reporting) and everything was there.

I concur that it is sporadic and unpredictable. But it is incredibly painful when it is a 100k stack of a good resource you are selling for 5cpu.
