Thread: Lost over 1800 items today from my 6 vendors on Flurry

yup thats right this morning.
the items were placed 1-10 days ago no more.
i didnt go over the 30 day and 7 day limit after that.
the items just poofed.
they arent in the stockroom.
so i sent in a ticket, we'll see....

k update, was only 1546 items, for some reason the items just appeared back on my vendors.
maybe server side lag or lag from me, either way watch yer stuff guys n gals

I had all of my vendors disappear once - all 6 of them. *poof* Not the furniture ... not the decorations - just the vendors. Even had the CSR boggled and then mentioned something about being on a server line. He suggested I move my shop (yeesh).
I decided not to and took a wait-and-see approach. After server reset, all vendors were back and haven't had a problem since (about a month and a half ago).
I have this happen sometimes when I pull things out of a backpack stored on my house. Retrieve it but doesn't show in my inventory. Next day (server reset), it shows up.
/shrug
If only we could harness the power of the Server Reset, we could cure the common cold, cancer and feed poor nations.

I haven't lost this many items, but I lost 2 or 3 crates once, from something similar.
I never got an Auction Unsuccessful email, and I never saw them in the stockroom (something I check daily), but I did get a Item Expired email. I sent in a ticket, but they just told me to /bug it.

I've sent in about 8 bug reports on this bug so far - each time I lose something valuable. Seems random. I don't lose all my items - just some of them. I've only lost about 300k credits worth of stuff so far, but am dreading the day that one of my expensive items goes poof.

I have lost 2 of my main vendors with about 2000 items on them at least 5 times! My customers always send me a tell to ask me if I'm still in business. I sent in a report 1 time but there is nothing they can do about it. The server resets and so far they always come back!

heh... i coulda used a "server reset" over the weekend... i was sick, especially sunday...

Now see.. under the new patch u would have only lost 660... what a great deal

Would have been interesting to see if you could have had 12 vendors from this

At least with the new vendor changes you will only have to lose 100 items or so
