I have 2 account's and Both account's have master Crafter's I don't have merchant on either account..
Account 1..
Master Smuggler..
Novice artisan Survey 3- going back to servey 4..
Account 2..
Master Medic..
Master Doctor..
Master Combat Medic..
[ no merchant and not skill point's to get merchant ]
Now If I Lose the 3 vender's I have you have made the game a Load of Crap.. I got the merchant skill's to be able to get the vender's so I could sell my product's to the people who need them.. None Of my vender's have ever Been Empty, and I plan on making sure that they are never empty..
If you Plan on Doing This You can expect a Huge Backlash..
This is My Protest about the Planed Nerf..

like i said in other posts. its just somthing useless and pointless todo. as when did a person with no merchant skills with vendors hurt us. people dont moan people dont groan. will actually like it since we have lots of vendors to pick from for loot. buffs. weapons. houses the lot. with them puting this on. we have a limit choise. TBH DEVS RETHINK ABOUT THIS VERY HARDLY!!!! TY
