You need:

1) A droid with a merchant barker module in it.

2) Advertising 4 (I believe) skill.

If you have the skill, it will give you the option to set bark on droid.

simply select the option, then speak in regular chat/say what you want droid to bark.

(its like a little recorder, press, speak, playback)

you then set wp on droid by selecting that option on radial.

I cannot say char limit for bark, but a sentance is plenty for spam.
