See the full patchnotes here
The part that is interesting:
- The vendor maintenance cycle will no longer halt when the vendor is out of maintenance.
That means vendors will either stop working once they are out of maintenance or they will be destroyed.
If you keep your vendors at 0 maintenance since it worked so far, better pay them before the patch hits live, or your 0% Condition vendors might poof.

They are SUPPOSED to just stop selling stuff but I havent' gotten an answer to what this fix actually does.

Imagine that......
Someone read the boards
and yes this is posted in a smug tone, I have always paid vendors myself.

The thought of leaving vendors at zero maint just never occurred to me to be a very wise idea, especially when 29k gives you 80 days or something close.

And the devs wonder why the customers are pissed a lot.
Please pass along that we, their customers, would appreciate the correspondents being informed, at the very least, of changes to our professions.

What do you guys think if we were to get an email telling us our vendors have a week's maintenance left? Like a warning notice sort of?
Or...
Have the vendor be destroyed like, one week after the maintenance hits zero so we would at least have a chance to rush and put money into it again?

I believe an email stateing you have 1 week maint would be nice,
and then a email when it hits zero,
but would personally love to see that when it does infact hit zero maint the vendor:
1 Removes all items to stockroom {thus delisting it from map}
2 Gives anyone browseingthe 'market is unavailble' box
3 Then follows the empty vendor rules
But since noone actually knows for a fact as to what the 'fix' does...its all chat.
(for me just the items going to stockroom would be enough to kick some butts into paying it like 'it was intended to be payed')

I currently have a few vendors at 0%. They also have 50k maintence in them and are not being repaired. My vendors better not vanish because they are at 0%.

Better write a ticket now before the patch comes, that you have paid your vendors but they just won't get repaired.
Perhaps they'll do it manually

No where does it state that vendors will actually vanish,
We need to quell that before we get into the normal ' my stuff will be gone?!?!' mode we do on forums so well.
Until we know what actually happens it is all just chat folks.
But,you should prepare in any event by:
1 paying your maint
2 csr ticketing that they are not getting 'repaired' (if it does not repair them)
3 making new vendors to replace those bad ones, and keeping them paid
(I would do this one anyways, may not be as easy as a ticket, but I would perfer knowing they are at 100% then waiting for them to possibly fix)

I've asked for a clarification on what the change actually does and I am coordinating testing on Test Center as well.

Yes its not said anywhere that this will happen.
But I rather warn everyone that it MIGHT perhaps happen, than have 200 posts in here the next day "Help my vendor just poofed!"

oh we'll have that no matter what kind of 'notice' or 'warning' or even 'system wide message' and 'you must click accept' they get.
why that would be like thinking folks read the forums sticked notesbefore they post, or the patch before they log in.
that's the way it will always go ![]()
