... and someone comes and checks them all, will I get XP for each one he checks?

Sadly, no, you will jsut get 50 xp points, no matter how many ones he looks at or you have. You just get xp for any vender you have getting initialed by another player. However, he can come back every 15 mins and do it again for another 50 xp.

That is 10 minutes for the "browsing vendor" XP... its access fees that is 15 minutes.
