Thread: How Sony Screwed me out of 5 million Credits and Turned their heads!!!

Ok I Just bought an offer off my vendor for 3 million credits and went into my stockroom to retrive it and IT WONT LET ME.


Now this Happened a few weeks ago and they did nothing about it. In fact the same person offered both BUGGED things to my vendor. She had no idea about the first bug I chalked it up as CSR being jerks. BUt now I told her about this one and hopefully she will tell CSR that she got the 3mil. Although I don't have the resources 8(


They said they looked in the logs and I that I didnt retrive anything!!! I KNOW the bug wont let me retrive it!!!

If they don't give me my resources I bought from this bug I am hanging up the towel. That's Right I plan on leaving this game forever if they do nothing to resoulve this issue.

That blows. Sorry for your loss.

At times, SWG CSR's still seem to act like a lot of the old Anarchy Online CSR's and have a 'too bad for you attitude".When you worked for weeks or even months for cash/resources/loot/whatever and a BUG takes it from you, they should be BENDING OVER BACKWARDS TO FIX THE ISSUE.

It sucks and Sony had better wake up and fix it before they lose more folks to more games.

OK, I'm not saying this is the solution or anything, but I have to ask a stupid question, because this happens to me all the time.


Example: I have 5 vendors, let's say the one I use most (resource vendor) is a human, and the one I use least is a wookiee. Someone offers an item to the wookiee vendor. I usually check my offers on the human vendor tho. I check and there is an item offered, so I buy it. Excellent, but when I try to retrieve it from the human vendor I get the error cannot retrieve this item. If I go to the wookiee vendor and go to the stockroom on it, I can retrieve the item.


Now, Not saying this is what is happening to you, but it's worth a stab in the dark. For me it seems I can only retrieve items from the vendor they are offered on. Is it at all possible your problem is this simple?

Yes, I notice in your screenies you have "Regional" checked... Is it possible your item is on a different vendor? Do you have another in the area?
