Vendor Rollbacks can be really harsh sometimes...

The followingallhappened to me in aSINGLE rollback about 3 days ago.

<start part 1>

  1. I recently put up a new vendor.

  2. Retrieveditems from the stockroom of vendor A and started stocking up the new vendor, vendor B.

  3. Stockedvendor Bup with 72 items.

  4. The vendor suddenly died.- Actually all vendors and bazaardied on the server.

  5. The vendors started working again a couple hours later. The server never crashed and I was online the whole time.

  6. When I tried to access the new vendor B, it now said it is not initialized.

  7. The items that I had retrieved from of vendor A's stockroom were back invendor A'sstockroom.

  8. When I now try to retrieve the items from vendor A, "This Item No Longer Exists" message pops up andthe itemsvanish. Can't sell it either... because it vanishes after the sale...

FYI, the 72 items weremostly 100K stacks of resources, witha fewbeing odd amount resource like 51K or 78K or whatever...

<end part 1, start part 2>

I alsohad to buy 692K of ore that was offered to me in a backpack and600K of radioactive TWICE from the Offers. -Once before the vendor crash and once after.

I was able to retrievethe backpack and radioactive with no problem the first time before the crash.

However, the second time around,Ibought and retrievedthe backpack again,but this time,all thecontents (692K of ore)vanished - even the ore from the first sale vanished.My inventory had ample space available to retrieve it so it can't be that...

The 600K of radio was safe though - theradio from the first sale vanished but I was able to get the radio from the second sale safely.

Of course, I got charged twice although the other party only got paidonce.

<end part2, start part 3>

The resources that weren't moved from vendor to vendor are still okay and I can still retrieve them...

BUT, when trying to retrieve some of the 100K stacks, they sometimes come out as 10K stacks.

<end part3>

Umm, all this from a single rollback...

Dunno about part 3, but part 1 and 2 are pretty harsh for a single rollback...

This is not the first time something like this has happened to me.

I'm actually getting used to this and learned not to be angry.

This is only a game and although it will take me some time to recover, I think I can.

But still, vendor rollbacks need to be addressed.

If there is a need for a rollback, at least have it be a few minutes so it doesn't hurt us that much.
