Thread: what counts as an item in the new limit?

So the object of this limit is to inconvenience vendors, but not to eliminate using vendors as storage units?
If this is the case, I'm taking down some houses when the patch comes out...

I know the max per vendor will be something around 110 or so.
But what is an item defined as? A single shirt/armor piece/gun, I can fathom. But what about travel packs and such filled with items?
Will a person only be able to sell two full 50-item bags per vendor, or will it be 110 full 50-item bags (5500 items)?
