Greets ...

Well ... with the looming nerf bat a-swinging ... you know where this leads to.

This is going to lead to all those "furnishing" in our malls going away to be replaced by "lines" of vendors.

Instead of a crafter having 1 vendor for something like Pistols, or Men's clothing, or Resources ... they are going to have *several* for each one. First the crafter will have 5-6 of their vendors across ... then behind each of the vendors will be 1 or 2 merchant backups ... for the busier crafters more like 3 or 4 backups.

Can you picture a mall with 250 vendors in a mall? with some vendors being 6 across and 4 deep? sure some vendors areas will be just 6 wide ... or 6x2 ...

Going to look like armies ...

Now ... the truly decorators will have their all be similar in some fashion. Like getting "short vendors" for the first row ... and slightly taller for the second row and so forth.

And just forgot about actually reading the vendors names without mouse over ... you won't be able to read anything with names turned on.

Yea this is going to hit me quite hard as well even on the Test Center. I had just opened a 2nd location a few weeks ago on Corellia outside of Tyrena.Which includesa Ranged and Melee Vendor, and the main location has a Ranged, Melee and Commando Coonsumable vendor (yes i'm just crazy enough to build rocket launchers:-) ).

But even on the Test Center I still average about 40-60 sales a day. And since I've been a MWS and Master MerchantI've hadover 900+unique customers. And I'm well known for keeping a decent stock on hand (usually 400-500 items on each ranged and melee vendors).

I"m hoping the Devs put in a low cap right now to guage the response andsoliciate ideas on more resonable limits. I'm just hoping the 35+ pages against the vendor limits gets a good response. But I'm really surprised about the lack of response by this time of the day. It really makes you wonder.

Its because of those few devs that said I told you so and everyone else is wondering **edit** just happened.

I would assume they are trying to come up with some sort of compromise before they say anything. Or they are trying to come up with the best way of saying those numbers are final.

If you have Hiring 4 you can dress your vendors in armor and create your own clone army in the mall.
