A simple "We are looking at it" or "I am going to bring this up in a meeting this morning" would sure go a long way. The pattern is starting to be the same, anounce bad news on friday, community goes nuts over the weekend, then no response to the issue until tues or wed. Except this time there was not a post made by a developer that everyone could respond to, they put it in the patch notes on test center without even a word of warning. I guess the 100+ pages responding to the anouncement threads dont look good or something.
I hope the communication picks up some, and that we start paying more good news to focus on than bad.

I'm betting they're shell-shocked.
First they release news of a nerf to macros on a Friday, then bail out and don't reply until the following Wednesday (somewhere in there)...
Now they release THIS news on a Friday...
At least their pattern of behavior indicates they KNOW we won't be happy with these changes.
That or it indicates they are incapable of learning from past experience...

The stunning thing to me on the macro nerf is TH going on about the "player concerns" in the part 2 thread.
**edit**???? Couldn't a blind dev at SOE see those issues coming????

I guess not.
Jar Jar Binks doesn't strike me as the type to have much capacity in his think-ahead buffer...
Somewhat similar to my 2 sisters in law, I might add.

Yes...the SWG dev's LOVE to throw out a bomb on friday and not get back to it till tuesday or wed...they have done it so many times I am losing count!
I guess they think it is a smart tatic...toss it out go home for the weekend have a meeting on it on monday work up a post on tuesday and get it approved and post it on wednesday...all the while they are hoping we will calm down over the weekend while we get even more pissed off.
