Look, the merchant vendor cap at any level is not acceptable. I have no desire to go to fifty vendors to find what i need.

I at least hope some of you read it. I didn't know that in America you couldn't publish a poem.

Dang I forgot that in America the private corporation rule and can over rule any constitution that a government makes.
Just kidding.

I have5 vendors total
One - has over 250 items with all my resources in it totaling 45 MILLION, that is only at 3 cpu max most is 2 cpu.
Two - has about 165 items with all droid items, batteries, heal packs, droids, paint kits so on.
Three - has about 110 items with droid and weapons on it on a different planet.
Four - has over 900 items ALL LOOT ITEMS that sells at least 100 items per day. All for cheap prices.
Five - only 40 back packs, all packs have 50 items in it, this is my storage vendor WITH EVERYTHING I OWN WORTH EASY -
20 MILLION - in armor weapons crystals furniture harvesters loot kits ( ie rugs gongs ya know) Loot galore
There is no way i have any room any where for all this stuff.
SOE what am I suppose to do? You told us this was an ok policy to use these vendors like this. Now some of us stand to lose Millions of credits worth of items. At the risk of sounding cliche - I have no idea what im going to do and there is a strong possiblity of leaving this game do to the nerfing and our personal loss of items.
Here is the ironic part. Where is all this stuff going to go. Im not talking about the loss now. Who is suppose to take it. Think about it if i sell it someone else has it. That means the totla number of items is still the same just not with me. when you lower the total number of items you bring the product to a lower level..
Supply and demand if supply is up cost is down. OMG simple economics. If supply is low price goes way up.
Please dear God tell me you DEVS covered stuff like this in college.
This is nothing more than an attempt at a COMMUNIST SOCIETY. A small group of rulers do what is best for the people.

Let me speculate for a second on deletion and censoring of posts.
When anyone is muzzled or censored because they have an opinion that differs from the views of a particular body, in this case SOE, then that is a form of fascism. The greatest fascists in the world are those who, in the name of their particular ideology or business, muzzle the people.
I work where I hear negative comments about everything pretty much every day. Some don't like me, or what I do, or how I do it or where I work. They write letters, they complain but it is my vocation and my ability to understand that they are coming from a different life experience that helps me deal with and deflect away personal criticism.
When a business opens a PR forum in order receive feedback from it's PAYING customers, the feedback will always be of a mixed nature. Some will be positive, in that persons opinion, some will be neutral and quite a bit of it frankly will be negative. But you the company are opening the doors to that kind of correspondence.
SOE doesn't want that kind of feedback. Generally what they want is, nice job TH,we love being nerfed, thanks a ton. It just made my gaming experience so much more enriching to have to visit 500 vendors to find that last piece of hunting armor.
But when you muzzle the public you get a distorted view of what is reality. When you delete posts, or "fix" read censor posts you are making yourself look better in the slight possibility that your boss may stop by and see what people are saying about your work and your product.
Politicians are notorious for this, they only want to hear good because their egos are so inflated and fragile that they might have hurt feelings and not govern properly if the truth ever got back to them. I believe that is what happened to Nazi Germany, everyone licked the leaders boots, gave only positive information so that Hitler would not get angry at them.
So when negative or inflamatory posts are written here, they are locked or deleted because ..........
a) someone has a problem with being challenged in the way they do their job?
b) it encites the masses to anger and may leave the game?
c) it hurts peoples feelings?
d) the language is inappropriate? (I have seen some very colorful language used on some posts by the way)
e) It may cause someone to change the way they are doing their job, or they may actually have to work.
I still haven't figured the process out for censoring, but whether this board is private or public isn't the issue the issue is that I believe the truth, the reality of how bad the Development team and the Customer service people are doing is being muzzled so that they can keep their jobs intact.
The truth shall set you free. I don't think they can handle the truth.
The truth is this, when you screw up the first step to fixing up your mistake is to admit you made one. This Dev team has never admitted to one mistake. Therefore they are in denial, therefore anyone who bursts their bubble of denial shall be censored.
It sounds like this whole thing is very indicative of the way many things are in all of north america at this time, in business and in politics.

That aside, Constitutional Freedom of Speech does not extend into the private sector. You may not like it, but thats the way it is.
