Hello,

This have never happened to me before, but recently, a buyer purchased something off my vendor, and a few minute later, he offered it right back with the exact price.

Should the offer be accepted or rejected?

Should there be an explaination from the buyer as to why he was offering the item that he had purchased right back?

Hi,

my policy is simple, I buy stuff back when its offered right after purchase and has still maximum condition. But only if the buyer writes me a mail what is the reason he gives it back or has mentioned that in the comments-field of the item in the vendor.

Everything else is rejected, no matter what it is and what the price was.

Granted it was one of the Loot Kit pieces, i would like to sell them as much as i can.

In the best interest of customer service, I always buy back an item that I have sold as long as its back at the original price and condition the customer purchased it at. I have gotten quite a few new customers simply due to reputation based on this policy.

While an explanation is nice, I don't require it as long as those 2 conditions are met.

As long as the item is in perfect condition and they are selling it back at the same price (or less) that they bought it for, then no skin off my nose. I'll gladly take it back.

What really irritates me is someone will come in, buy a Vibro-Knuckler and use it on a lair outside the shop, then come back and offer it back again with 10 points used up. Once person had the nerve to mark it up 50% at that. Of course I refused. I still get the occasional hate-mail from that one.

In all cases that I refuse an offer, I send an e-mail to the Customer explaining my position. For the most part they accept my practices. The ones that don't find themselves on my ban list if they irritate me enough.
