Thread: Any of you working in this kind of way?
The way of business you describe is the type I advocate. And I believe it is what the merchant profession was mend to do.

Iam asking coz as already master crafter i would like to do something fun whit rest of my skill points (so that i dont burn out on crafting) and right now iam loosing like 30skill points that are stuck in merchant skills
I am a master weaponsmith and I got 2 merchants reselling my weapons.
When I make weapons i make 100, post 25 in my vendor, 25 to be sliced
and add the remaining 50 guns for sale in crates with sizes 5 and 10.
My resellers buy crates from me and then I either tip them money back
or they offer some junk to my vendor of the value of their % discount for the
weapons they just bought.
I once in the past tries to sell my weapons in multiple malls on different planets
but I realized I found it hard to keep them all stocked, so I closed all other vendors
down and started my reseller system, and it works very well for me, they maintain
their own vendors and i make sure i got my own vendors stocked with crates and
weapons, they sometimes send me emails asking for more of some types and
within 2-3 days I got more crates for them to pickup in my vendors.
This also allow my normal customers that prefere to slice their own weapons to buy
crates instead of buying from my pre-sliced vendor.
I would like to see more pure merchants, and as a crafter I got no problem at all with
anyone reselling my products.
