I must first say great job on the update
My only concern is I will be going on vacation in January for 14days , so even if my matinance is paid and items reloaded before I go, after me not touching it for 2 weeks it will go poof correct?
so even with master merchant and stock on the vender it will be deleted after 2 weeks no matter what.
can i send in a vacation ticket or anything?
Risk beinganyone on a two week vacation could loose millions in inventory
Additional Merchant/Vendor changes
Vendors that are empty will no longer be visible on the overhead map (Ctrl-V).
Vendors that have been left empty or abandoned (untouched) for two weeks will be deleted (owner will receive a warning message prior to deletion).
Email notifications have been added to advise vendor owners of the status of their vendor.
Fixed a bug that caused items to sometimes vanish from vendors.
Vendor item limits will now be based on player skill. (Players over either limit will not be able to add new items for sale on vendors).

If your vendor is EMPTY and NO ONE accesses it for two weeks, then it'll disappear. If yourvendor has items on it, even just one, you'll be ok. The two weeks thing is meant to get vendors out of the hands of people who have quit, or don't have merchant skills so don't deserve to have a vendor. Once their items expire they can't relist them, after it's empty in two weeks it'll go poof.
Actual merchants shouldn't have anything to fear from this though.

I'd like to believe that, but call me.... skeptical. And I doubt I'm being irrational thinking that.

Maybe you can stock a low cost item or two at a crazy prices that no-one will buy.
That way the vendor will not empty, and if it does you won't care, some idiot paid you 5 million for a junk item!

The operative word is **OR**. Vendors that have been left empty OR abandoned (untouched). And, no word on whether untouched means customers or the vendor owner.

You WILL however lose any items that come off because of the 30day limits and sit for more than 7 days.
I have thousands of items on my vendors and some come off nearly every day. Some days 100+ items come off and I have to relist them.
This means if I go on vacation for mor than 7 days I am guaranteed that the game will be deleting inventory on me. This just happened I went on a 10 day course and lost 123 items.
So now, I am letting it all rot. I am no longer relisting items, or adding new items. I have shut down crafting, and have stopped maintaining my 29 harvestors, 6 houses, 6 factories and 6 vendors. It can all go to hades.
I just have to run all this by my guild and I think we will all be pulling out ( I certainly am). We have had enough of SOE and thier crap;.

Are you willing to bet several million credits of invenory and hard crafting on that? I'm not. The opperative word was "or" not "and"
