Merchant 3-0-0-0 and deleted down to zero vendors, still get msg about already managing max vendors. Couldn't load items on them so they were useless. So basically, I'm dead in the water and out of business.

could you please define what you mean by "deleted down to zero vendors".

It means I currently don't own or operate any vendors at all. None! Zilch! Nada! Gone!
Apparently zero vendors is maximum I can have even though according to the patch notes, I should be allowed three.

Hi,
well, thats what I wanted to know.
You may run mad now, but a friend of mine, who didnt play for 4 or 5 months, still has his vendors in my mall, they are untouched for months, and they arent deleted.
The only thing you can do is to make a ticket and dont forget to tell the name of the vendors, the location they had (roughly in which building they were) and if items where on them. They will restore the vendors with the items.
IF the vendors were empty, then they might have been deleted cause they were treated as abandoned vendors and got deleted because of that. But its still a bug. I hope you will get some help soon.

PS: They might tell you to wait until reboot, so just add the vendor-status after the reboot to your ticket. That way you might avoid the pre-designed answer-letter to wait 24 hours or until after reboot.
