The problem i have ran into i think maybe a bug unless someone tells me different but on effciency 4 i am suppose to get 20% knocked off of structure management but i started at 50 and i am still at 50. Anyone have any ideas with about this.

You have to pay at least 1cr into the maintenance poolto get the discount applied.

You can do this on any structure you are admin upon. In addition to the above comments, you have to be the LAST one to pay in order for the 20% bonus to stick.
