Hey there, I want to pull down my current vendors and put up some new ones approx 50m away.
What happens to the items offered on them? im pretty sure i can still purchase them off the new vendors but what of the ones that i rejected? Can they retrieve them from the new vendors or will they be lost once i pull down the old vendors?

If the item is on the vendor (either still being offered or waiting to be picked up after rejection) it will be destroyed when you take down the vendor.
Remember to empty EVERY tab on your vendor also. Items still in the stockroom of the vendor you destroy will be destroyed as well.
Unfortunately there is no way for you to know which rejected offers have been picked up or not.

one reasonI started my 'form' letter of rejection habit.
WhenI reject an item I fwd out an email stateing it was rejected and why
and in bright yellow it states they must fwd the email back to me when they retreive item
or forfeit any claims against me if vendor it was offered tois deleted.
Not that my Gals are going anywhere but it usully gets a response of 'I picked it up' within a day of rejection.

Wow you must be a saint or something. I get so much junk offered to my vendors I would go insane answering all the mail.

Not really, since it is a form letter (and will have the exact same headline when replied to) all I have to do is open and read first line where I filled in their name.
I use the same type thing for sending out your order is ready, except I fwd it to myself too, then when they pick up order I delete the vendor sent mail and my order ready mail.
nothing to do with sainthood,
just boredom, poor typing skills, and some time on my hands
(the poor typing skills get me to make these form things so I don't have to worry about screwing up by wrioting em by hand later)

my order ready one is found my sig 'look because you can see' clicky down towards bottom.
