Hi there i have a quick question that hopefully someone here can answer. I am using a business III vendor that keeps adding a certain percentage onto my sales etc. If someone offers an item that is 50k, i have to pay 51500 for that item, and i cant figure out why ? Is this some kind of city sales tax (the vendor is my home of residence in a city) or is this because its a low level vendor. Will moving the vendor to a ocation outside of the city help matters ?

Ok, more than 1 question, lol.

Any ideas ?

Check with your mayor and see if there is a sales tax in place, I think that is what you will find the issue is.

Yep, sounds like sales taxes, and sounds like its 3%.

Go to the City terminal and check there, i think its on the "Status" page.

I would vote against that, and heres why:

If you want a community that gathers, and therefore causes others to gather around them for events, sales, whatever, then you must support the city that binds you together. Right now, taxes are broke and you actually should be getting that extra money unless itis set to 10% on the tax scale. But bringing a group of merchants together will bring more traffic to you all. People like malls/bazaars.
