Hello! I just had something interesting happen to me in the game, and rest assured I've bug reported it and have an open CSR ticket on it. However, I wanted to see if this had happened to anyone else.

My chef/merchant on Lowca logged off with about 70K in the bank and 2K on her. I remember thinking as I logged that I needed to get another 4K to hit my mark for the evening.

When I logged back in to get that 4K, I saw that I'd sold a lot of stuff off my NPC vendor and a couple of things in the Bazaar. However, despite the over 6K in sales (many factory crates of food and drink), I hadn't gone up in my bank account or onhand money appreciably. In fact, I'd venture to say that my Bazaar sales may have gotten deposited into my account, while the 6K from my vendor did not. Sadly, I don't have prelog totals to compare against. I have only the thought that I had 4K to go to hit 74K in the bank.

While the good folks in CS take a look and the bug teams poke around my account and sales records, I'll be sending emails to myself just before I log so that I can compare totals and see if this is a consistent thing. (Selling smaller food units means that I don't see an appreciable change in my account, so I haven't been paying attention. THIS is the first UBER sale I've ever made and the lack of 6K in my account was definitely noticeable!) I hate lacking full info on something [like my prelog bank account number], so this is a good way to compare and contrast AND have records to share with future bug reports and CSR tickets. [I'm sure they have their own logs to look at to verify things, which is a very good thing!]

But, also in the meantime, has this happened to someone else? Even just on Lowca? I'm curious! I'm hoping it was a server hiccup and that the next time I log back in, the money will mysteriously appear! Wish me luck on that!

Okay! Here's the follow-up. About 30 minutes after I logged out and while I was perusing these boards, I logged back in, and, voila!, there was my money in my bank account. Woot!

I guess it really wasa server hiccup or something. I've discovered that sometimes it takes a deed awhile to pop into your inventory, too.

I've cancelled my CSR ticket, but the bug people should still have fun finding out why it took so long.

Great the thread I was looking to reply in, Sort Of. Ever since I trained in Efficiency 4 Structures a few days ago I was wondering, I had a feeling, I thought that my overnight sales credits were not going into my bank account. Not until last night did I finally say "Ok, write down the exact amount of your bank account and in the morning you can tell if it's true or not".

This morning I login and see that I had a really good night on my vendors over night but my bank account had not changed by even 1 credit. I totalled up all the credits and it came out to a pretty good sum but it still was not in my bank account???

I also noticed since I trained in Efficiency 4 the emails that I used to get over night when I made sales have stopped, when I login in the morning my email icon no longer flashes, I check my email and sure enough I have emails waiting for me?

BUT, When I'm online doing whatever and I make a sale I get the email, the icon flashes and the credits do go into my bank account without any problems at all, it's just the sales I make when I'm not online for a long period of time over night and it's only been happening since I trained in Efficiency 4 Structures (at least I sure hope so).Then again maybe it's been going on a lot longer and that explains why I'm not richer than I am now? I always thought I've been working too **edit** hard for the amount of money I have to show for it .

Anyone else notice the same thing?
