Master level should have a pay-off for every profession.

Somehow a rusty 3PO droid vendor just doesn't cut it.

Maybe we can post some ideas here for the devs to push in the next patch along with the missing hair for our vendors.

I personally would like a "Mobile Vendor". You only get one per day, and it only lasts for an hour or two. And you can drop it in town. I would think disabling Ad Bark on it would be prudent to help keep the city spam level down. But Clothing Customization would be a definite must.

Another idea I have is a set of specialized races for specific vendor types. The vendor would be a new race not previously accessible. You would only pick the category of goods you want the vendor to sell. Then when you drop the vendor, he will be a special race, have special clothes, and have the "little extras" you see next to the Guild Trainers next to him in your store. So when you pick droids... the special droid vendor will have a broken down battle droid next to him.

I like the idea of a mobile advertising system. As you said, this would have to be implemented properly to minimize constant spamgrams. (Although, honestly, how many of the personality types who like to find ways to abuse other players are going to be patient enough to work their way up the Merchant profession when they could be out killing things instead?) But a powerful tool to increase business volume would be welcomed.

Personally, I'd like to see "Incorporation," which would allow players to forman organization with well-defined roles matrixed intoposition levels, such as:

CFO, Regional SalesVP, Sales Manager, Sales/Account Rep

CTO, VP for R&D, Resource Manager, Surveyor

President, Program Manager, Project Manager, Crafter

Chairman of the Board, Board Member, Venture Capitalist, Investor

(And of course, at the top of the heap, selected from among the top four positions, there'd have to bea CEO.)

Roles could be chosen by the player; levels would be determined by "corporation points" thatcould be spentlike faction points to allow advancement in rank (if a suitable gap in that corporation exists)and the perks that come with rank. Master Architects would gain a new schematic: Corporate HQ. Perhaps some companies could choose to go "public," allowing other players to finance its growth by purchasing stock shares which (they hope!) will pay out dividends and can be traded.

Most importantly in game terms, such an organization, if completely filled-in with players, would be able to build the largest items in the game -- things that cannot otherwise be built, such as space stations or terraforming plants (or -- dare I say it? -- capital ships ).

OK, OK, yes, I know this is impossibly grandiose... so? No one ever achieved anything interesting by aiming low. Maybe this will spark some other ideas that can be implemented.

So let's hear them!
