"\#FFFFFF\" to set the colour. Where the FFFFFF is a HEX number (in this case pure white), first two red next two green last two blue (last two might be reversed, can remember it of the top of my head)
If you are European then it a bit more difficult as the "\" is not available with out use of the alt button.
In that case I suggest you add it you your "/notepad" a line as I have done:
"-\#FF0000\Galactic Enterprises"
Then I can place the curser just after the "-" and mark the line then copy it in to the field where the name have to be typed.
Though you should read the "Draznar's Merchant Guide v 2.5" as it explains it much better then me (and a lot of other things)

Ya, It's RGB (RedGreenBlue) hex codes same as for text on web pages.
There's 15 digits - 0-9 then 10=A, 11=B, 12=C, 13=D, 14=E, 15=F
Pure Red is FF0000
Pure Green is 00FF00
Pure Blue is 0000FF
Cyan is 00FFFF
Magenta is FF00FF
Yellow is FF00FF
But you can use any value between 0 - F for each digit and get any color allowed on a web page.
