Thread: Items Vanishing From Vendors And Inventory...HELP! =)

Hi!
For the past two weeks, I have been experiencing a horrifically high incidence of vanishing items. Things are vanishing from my vendors, from my inventory, and they almost never return. I have had 2 customer service tickets in the past 10 or so days in on a couple of these issues, and was merely told that I was unable to get the items back because there's "no proof" the item was lost in the first place. Needless to say, I was not impressed with the response. Although I will say that the responses were courteous and not form letters, which is an improvement.
I am also having issues with items being offered to my vendors vanishing once I purchase them and then try to retrieve them from the "stockroom." I will buy the item up for offer, then try to retrieve it. I will retrieve the item but it will never make it to my inventory. Sometimes it makes it to my inventory, but then it promptly vanishes after a few moments. Sometimes, I retrieve it and everything is fine. The vanishing from both vendors and inventory seems to be utterly random.
Example: Yesterday, a friend of mine gifted me most kindly with a really excellent suit of advanced padded armour. She offered it to my vendor, and I excitedly went to retrieve it. I got it from the vendor, applied some Neutron Pixie to be able to equip it, put the armour on, and not less than 5 minutes later it was completely gone from my inventory...right off my body. It was fully equipped! I logged, and the armour came back. However, some time during the next 30 minutes I noticed that six of the eight pieces of armour were again gone...and this time, they were gone for about 10 hours. I logged several times, hoping that they would return. I submitted a ticket and when I came back into the game several hours later the six missing pieces of armour were back...but then a pair of regular boots, two pairs of regular gloves, adn my bioengineered jumpsuit were all vanished!!! This happened early this morning.
Then, a little while later, as I was making an order for some furnture, I went to get a bag of master furniture that's on hold for one of my customers off one of my vendors, only to find to my dismay that a large bag full of master furniture has vanished from my vendor. I have also lost tens of thousands of resources off my vendors and out of my inventory, as well as the disappearing/reappearing armour, the yet to return jumpsuit and other clothing items, and the gods only know what else. To be very honest, I no longer know what is missing hour to hour, because so much stuff is vanishing from my inventory that I can no longer keep track of anything at all. To date, out of all the items that have disappeared over the last two weeks, the only items that have come back have been the armour pieces that vanished. Everything else seems to be permanently gone. For an independent, unguilded architect, this is a very crippling blow.
As I said, I have tried more than once to get help from customer service regarding these really crippling issues that I'm having to deal with, but to no avail. Even though I'm losing a lot of things several times a day, every day, customer service seems to feel that this is not something they can assist me with. I'm very upset and disappointed, and I can't continue to play if minute to minute I dont know what's going to vanish next. That furniture order disappearing really hurt...I used thousands of resources that were extremely costly putting those items together...and they are very difficult to get, too. I finally decided to turn here for help.
Can anyone give me any hints or help or advice of any kind? At this point, I'm desperate...I hate logging in or using my vendors for fear that something else will disappear.

I haven't seen this myself. I am sure if it is happening to others we'll get some other reports on it. Seems like something really odd is going on in that location.

I can tell you that I personally know at least four people that very similiar things have happened to in the last couple of weeks, and that they all live around the same area: vicinity of Moenia on Bria. One of my friends has literally lost hundreds of thousands of resources, I believe, and another friend (the person who made my armour) experiences vanishing armour issues all the time. I believe she also has the disappearing object issues. Since these things also seem to be revolving around vendors, I thought that it would be best to post here. If you think I should post to another forum, by all means I'd love to hear it!
Do you have any suggestions as to what we can do from here to get this issue noticed? I've sent CSRPatrick a PM with a link to this thread and an appeal for assistance. I was just wondering if anyone else had anything to add, or any help they might offer. I know it's not just happening to me. If the dev team isn't getting word of this, then something needs to be done, because the CSRs, albeit politely, have ignored the issue. The two CSRs that I had contact with, at any rate.
