Um... Merchant is the easiest Elite profession in the game to advance... you don't have to do anything but plant vendors and wait. And wait. And wait some more....

Yeah, just master the hiring line first. The xp pours in. When you have all six vendors up you make 18k xp a day. While you're waiting you could master other artisan professions to sell stuff on your vendor and to get out the way once you start working on that random profession. Also, thanks for saying our profession sucks.

I got it on my first one, I was a Master BH and nothing else. I have to say, i like it, its just laidback. The only thing that befuddles me is that you have no control over getting exp, if you sold something to someone thengot exp I would understand, but it would be open to massive exploit....


Ive gotten really good at selling stuff on the bazaar, i can put up 20 auctions and sell everything there in an hour... (and not to my friends)
