Yes, I have containers that WERE locked, and are now UNLOCKED. Items can be placed in them. You can buy them on the vendors. no problem.

I'm not 100% and I can't test now but I don't think it's possible to change the name.

You cannot change the name on them. But you can always use the "notes" section of the listing to name the contents of the container.

It would be interesting to see if these will still be able to be sold with stuff inside.
