Thread: I don’t receive vendor emails need advice

When someone buys something from any of my vendors I get no email. It has been this way for months. I have destroyed the vendors and made new ones and that didn’t solve the problem. I tried using the /emptymail command and that didn’t work either. I submitted a ticket but it’s still unanswered…
Anybody out there got any ideas?

The word from the CSR's is that /emptymail is the answer but that sometimes you ahve to use it several times before it fixes it. Try running that command a half dozen times or so and see if that helps.

Kinda like the e-mail bug where you reply to an email, and you have to delete the 5 other copies of the reply before you can continue playing the game.

That is annoying isn't it? It happens to me only on some of my computers and now others.

Haha ok Doc. I'll run the command a few times a day until it starts workin.
