I saw a vendor wearing ST armor, so it should be possible. Only trick is that you won't ever be able to get the armor back, so if you move or your vendor needs to be taken down, you will lose the set.

Quick question and it has prob been asked before can vendors where faction armor? Thought it might be nice to sel Imperial Shileds from a storm trooper vendor.
