I have email I wrote to Gary Matthews @ SOE dated 3/9/04 (he actually replied!) so it was only5 months ago the last time they proposed similiar vendor changes. I can recall the threads back during this time were totally negative, yet, the devs didn't even dare put their potential code live onto Test Center.

Four months, does SOE really have this short of a memory? How can SOE slap it's customers in the face knowing putting the limits LIVE on Test Center since they KNEW the past response from merchants and crafters alike? Do they not think we have good memories or something? I am sure somebody can find the previous threads concerning vendor changes since I've been able to date the previous changes.

I remember those discussions well. At that time the item cap was being suggested as 150 per vendor, not this based on skill crap at an even lower level. Even at 150 items there was an astounding NO from the community who suggested cleaning up the "illegal" and abandoned vendors and not killing the legitimate crafter merchants.
