Developers are no longer necessary. They introduce content the players do not want and do not fix profession & gameplay issues we do want.


Customer Service is mean, cold, and not the way it was when the game was first introduced. Hire some new CSR's, it doesn't take much to train somebody to say "sorry we can't help you with that anyway".


Solution, the BIG CORPORATION of SONY should just buy some more database servers.


(this is a comical, satirical thread with the only serious comment being to buy more server hardware)

I agree totally. I say that they will have no choice but to fire these guys anyway once people start canceling their accounts do to this. Just look at the number of complaints in one day....lol. Besides, I think what they really need to do is get rid of the dead weight and hire some real developers who know how to code. I myself am a Developer, and know well enough that u work on the existing bugs in the software before u start talking about changes. Changes only bring more bugs, and more problems. And believe me, this game is full of them. Even the ones they say are fixed, are still bugged...lol. So wake up devs, either start thinking of the users, or quit!
