I'm not going to waste my time on a beautiful Sunday morning ranting about how stupid this TC Update Notes thing was. From what I hear it was pulled right after the **edit** hit the fan. This shows how much forethought went into deciding to include this *fix* into the patch.
If they really go ahead with this change, I *will* cancel all my alt accounts and drop crafting. No more armorsmithing for this player, no siree. I will instead work on developing the best combat toon I can, and try to have fun that way. If I eventually tire of this kind of gameplay, as I suspect I will very soon, then I'll just say goodbye to SWG.
It's just my own opinion, of course. But it's my dollars paying for the game, and I will vote with my wallet, SOE can be sure of that.

*shrug* Jedi's don't need to buy from us crafters.
If maintaining a vendor becomes more work than game enjoyment than I see a lot of people changing around the way they play the game.

Your best combat toon won't be able to find any decent weapons, or armor, or food, or medicine, or droids, or pets, or vehicles, or clothes...
The fact is that this nerf will effectEVERYONE...just like the Image Designernerf did...
