If I buy a house, will I be able to put a vendor in it? I'd be happy with even a terminal vendor (like bazaar), just need to be sure that this is possible 'cause I've mapped my character out to where I won't be able to train up any of the artisan skills neccessary to carry the vendor abilities.

What I'm asking specifically is if I can BUY a vendor from another player and put it in my house.

No ... the option wont appear on your Admin pad of the house (Create Vendor) until you have at least Business III of Artisan
