Trying to decide to go for the advertising vocalization VS something else ... anyone know where I can find a nice little writeup on the different Merchant skills and progressions? Is the vocalization still broken??

Nobody? I'm mainly looking to justify getting Advert II: Adv Vocalization next before an extra vendor or the Hiring I skill.

go for hiring....ad 1 works 50% of the time,ad 2 works 5% of the time....worthless until debugged....
