For the last week or so I had difficulty retrieving 2 items from the stockroom of one (of my 5) vendors. I could buy things on it, so could others, and retrieve fine, but the certain 2 items of inert petro I could not retrieve. I sent a ticket to the CSR, unaswered for 4 days. Unanswered after the second message. Then came the answer, but not in speech, EVERYTHING IN THAT ONE VENDOR WAS DELETED, EVERY OTHER ONE REMAINS. Over 250K Of Minerals! Including stuff not on the server. I am a Merchant, and this has just ruined me, I have 3 crafters that are asking, so where is it? all I see are powerup and weapons vendors, and your mineral lady is empty!

When you try to retrieve an item from the stockroom, does it just sit there with the "Please wait while the item is retrieved.." window?

I've found that if you close that window and attempt to retrieve it a second time, it will work. Annoying but it still works. All my stockrooms are bugged so that I have to do this for every item I want to retrieve. Closing the vendor window and/or re-logging does not help this situation.

It's a royal pain in the butt cause I needed to move one vendor from one planet to another and I needed to remove a huge order that a customer did not pick up.

I have discovered that hitting the refresh buttons solves the "stuck" vendor items. So far I have been able to retrieve every stuck item that way.
