Thread: Selling resources on a vendor (is this bugged?)

I was just told that the reason I'm getting "phantom" resources on my vendor, is because of the following:

If I have 3 stacks, or 1,000 Fiberplast. Each for 2k/cr. And someone buys 1 stack, they actually get all 3,000 resources for only 2k/cr. Thus, the other 2,000 fiberplast is not real.. But it still shows up on my vendor.

Is this true? I am a pure miner. This will destroy my business..

It IS true, at least for NPC vendors. I've heard that the lower level terminal and droid types work OK for stacks of resources, but if you split resources and sell them from an NPC vendor, the first lucky sod to buy something gets the whole schmoola.

NPC vendors have this bug. Do not use them.

Terminal vendors are fine (as are droids I believe). They will just cost you large sums of money.

So choose your poison. Death by disgruntled customers or Death by bankruptcy.

Thanks for the info. I'd rather use expensive terminals than no money from no sales.
