I hate the planetary map bug just like everyone else, but I does help in a sense. Some days, my weapons vendors have gotten great visibility by being able to be the first person to register under the Weapons category, so I get the top of the list. Other days, I get in the middle or the end of the list.

When the bug gets fixed...

1) Make the list of vendor rotate some how, so that the list is not stagnet. Maybe reward merchants if they've had the most sales in a day or week. That way people will get more visibility getting the chance to be at the top of the list

2) If a vendor is empty, then remove the vendor from the plant ad list. Nothing would piss me off more if I walked 2000m to get to a certain vendor to find that there is nothing available. This will also help rotate the venodr list.
