I'm a Master Merchant. I knowEfficiency IVis supposed to reduce maintenance fees by 20%. On a small house, it would almost be invisible. 384/day...Efficiency IV should make it 308/day. I was added to the admin list of a friend's house until he got back from vacation. I put exactly 3k in mine...and 3k in his. So both houses are setup at 3k each...how come after a couple days...hismaintenance has 1292 left...and mine has 1292 left, too? **edit**, Where is my 20% discount?!?!?!?

Your maintenance rate can also vary by the experimental durabilitywithwhichthe house was crafted; the experimentation and quality of resources can affect this percentage.

All of my structures have a reduced maint. fee. I have a small house, and I pay roughly 280 a day on it. My mediums I am paying roughly 600 a day.

there is a bug on maintenance when u are admin not the owner ...

Ok. I wrote down at 6:25pm pst yesterday, both houses had 2736 credits left. I kinda lapsed today and was only able to get on and check it at 6:55pm pst today. That's 24:30 hours. Both houses dropped to 2512 credits. That's 224 credits a day. Ok, I am getting my discount, but why is he getting a discount too? I know he doesn't even have any points in the business tier of the artisan profession.

Even if both houses where built with the same quality materials or different quality, what are the odds that both houses use up 224 credits a day.
