Well I have been bitten by the merchant bug it seems. 3 of my five vendors (All NPCs) apparently up and went to Cabo for a vendors convention! They just dissappeared this evening with ALL of the close to 1000 items that they had in stock. They were still listed on the planet map, still had items falling off the market that I was recieving emails for, and completely GONE. Hopefully at reset thay are back but if not I have a serious Problem. That was my life, my inventory and without it I am really sunk on any sort of funds. I hope a Dev reads this because the people I play with know how I am with my shop and this is crushing for me..

My food vendor at another site is still there as is the Master level C3PO vendor at the shop where the others poofed from... Although he is costing me BIG time which is kinda odd... Dontcha think? Master level... Higher cost.. hmm that seems.....

I have not been bitten by the "Vendor Convention on Cabo" bug yet but I feel for your loss.

15 million credits is not just a bit of binary code on a server database. It represents the basis of a players source of FUN and ENJOYMENT.

Bugs like this make games like this UN-FUN. Considering you are paying a monthly fee to SOE, it is pretty arrogant for them to take away your fun like that. They are supposed to be giving you fun, not taking it from you.

Unfortunately, it is not easy for the devs to keep on top of bugs like this. I can sympathize with both them and you.

There is hope that they will return. A friend of mine had 3 of his weapons vendor disappear but they eventually re-appeared, with all inventory intact. So there is hope.

I'm keeping screenshots of all my vendor inventories now though once every few days just in case they decide to poof though. Not that I expect that to help with SOE but it makes me feel better.
