I just tried to retrieve several stacks of resources that had been offered to my vendor. When I hit the retrieve button, I get a message that the item no longer exists and that my bank is being crdited for the purchase price of the item.

Getting MY money back is one thing, but this was a week's worth of harvest from a guildmate and I am more than slightly worried about the disappearance of about 500k units of various resources.

I seem to remember this happening long ago with stacks of resources on vendors, but i have been buying and selling resources from my own and other vendors with no issue until today.

I have submited a ticket, my INV is not full, the maint on vendor is 31 days worth, etc. I stopped trying after three stacks and I have left many more on the vendor and takien a screen shot of the items. Now, I patiently await a CSR.

After waiting 15 minutes, I was able to retrieve the rest of the items. Maybe just a DB delay that caused the items to be irretrievable.

Some items were separate stacks of the same resource, some were not. I thought that maybe the old "Same resource, different stack" bug was back, but that does not seem to be it, as one "non-existant" stack was an Aluminum that was in a single stack.

I have the emails from the purchases and I am getting the character that sold the missing things to look and see what he can see from the offerer's side. We'll keep toes crossed, as the Aluminum was the only thing offered that I was really looking forward too! lol

This is the message that my customer got when 2 bags he bought from my vendor dissappeared. I regret to say that as the seller I lost out big time, everything poofed and no money, so I suspect that your supplier has just 'lost' the resources they offered.

It happened again last night. A full set of 3x Kinetic Layered Composite Armor that I had just crafted and put on the vendor for a customer. He tried to retrieve it only minoutes after I offered it. Same message "Item no longer exists...etc."

Another customer was able to retrieve his order a few minutes later with no problem. It seems to me that it is a case of the DB not getting fully updated or re-indexed properly. It would appear that a delay in time between the offer and the sale, and the sale and the retrieval seems to help. In my original post, the first tree stacks were sold and retrieved only minutes after they had been offered, just like the Composite order last night. Same vendor both times also.
