Merchant Archive

We have a mall and several of the vendors are inactive and owned by people who are basically "out of game forever". Any suggestions on how we can get these removed? It's a large PA hall and about 14 vendors there so re-deeding is not an option.

Yea but these have tons of credits in them will be months and months at the low maintenance fee rates.

I have opened a CSR ticket about two weeks ago and still getting the run around.

I don't think they vanish any more anyway. My understanding is that if you don't pay for them they just stop operating prperly (can't list stuff) but they don't go away.. I guess too many CSR tickets from lost items.

Ok well I have to tell you, I had a great experience, I explained in great detail the problem to a CSR and her lead was able to get it approved and they removed the dead vendors! It was wonderful and I have to say it really just restored my faith in the CSR team. It took a bit to get the right person but once I did it was overnight and *poof* it was fixed.
